Brent Gerald (Incumbent)
It has been my pleasure to serve on the Board of Directors for the past nine years. As a small credit union, we face significant challenges due to rising costs and regulatory requirements. However, we remain strong by focusing on underserved communities and providing exemplary, personalized service.
I take my role as a director seriously and continually work to enhance my knowledge, skills, and abilities to make decisions that prioritize your best interests. I have attended training and served on the Supervisory and Human Resources Committees. Throughout my tenure, I have represented the interests and values that are important to you, our members.
I am committed to ensuring that Revity remains a financial institution that fosters lifelong relationships, serving one member at a time with services that support you throughout your financial journey. I am asking for your support to serve another term as a Revity Board of Directors member. Thank you.
Amanda Pone
I am a registered nurse, entrepreneur, and community advocate with more than 20 years of experience serving the public through healthcare and leadership. As the founder of B&T Scrub Wear, a mobile uniform company in the NC Triad Area, I partner with community colleges, universities, and healthcare programs to provide high-quality uniform solutions and create efficient, stress-free ordering systems. This work has strengthened my skills in strategic planning, operations, and building strong community relationships.
Service is at the core of my professional and personal mission. I am an active member of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Inc., engaging in programs that uplift youth and families across the community. I also serve as a member of the National Association of University Women (NAUW), where I chair the Health & Wellness Committee. In this role, I lead initiatives focused on health education, preventative care, and empowering women and underserved populations to make informed wellness decisions.
I have also volunteered with the North Carolina African Services Coalition (NCASC), supporting refugees, asylees, and survivors of human trafficking as they resettle in Greensboro. This experience has strengthened my cultural competency, compassion, and commitment to inclusive community support. I seek to serve on the Revity Federal Credit Union Board of Directors to contribute my leadership experience, integrity, and community-centered perspective to support Revity’s mission and strengthen member-focused decision making.

I am grateful for the opportunity to be a candidate and to give back to a Credit Union that has supported me, my family, and our community for many years. As a retired Greensboro Assistant City Manager and Executive Director of Guilford Metro 911, I bring over 30 years of public safety and organizational leadership experience. My background includes strategic planning, budgeting, community engagement, and previous service on several state and local boards. I believe strongly in member-owned institutions and am committed to helping ensure our Credit Union remains strong, accessible, and responsive to all members. I take pride in collaboration, thoughtful listening, and supporting the financial well-being of our community.
James Rosa, Jr.
Dedicated and reliable, with over 20 years of combined facilities and supervisory experience in the maintenance field. I am skilled in inventory management, Request for Proposal (RFP) protocols, contract negotiation, and loss prevention investigation.
The skill sets have transferred into my role with Revity Federal Credit Union. I have served on the Supervisory Committee for the last 5 years and this experience has heightened my awareness of pinpointing fraudulent and suspicious activities.
Credit Unions prioritize member needs and provide support through community-driven programs. As a board candidate, I believe in a member-first philosophy to improve individual fiscal health and a family’s financial wellbeing. I have a kind and caring nature, enjoy meeting new people, volunteering, and being a community advocate. I would be grateful for your vote to allow me to continue making a difference. Thank you.
Ballots will be made available to eligible members this Spring to vote for available Board seats. Votes must be made by mail in ballot, electronic ballot, or in-person at any Revity FCU location by April 3, 2026. Ballots will not be accepted after April 3, 2026, or at the Annual Meeting. We are currently accepting Nominations by Petition through February 20, 2026. More information on Nominations by Petition.
